“I just purchased a used mini cooper. I decided to give Four Points a shot. My cars rear suspension was shot. Andrew put the car on the lift and confirmed what I already knew. Other than that he said the car was in great shape. Being that I had just purchased the car he could have told that I needed all kinds things done. Honesty goes a long ways with me. He ordered the struts and I returned at my scheduled appointment and in less then an hour he was done! I will be back!”

“This is the BEST auto repair shop! They are very ethical, honest and do GREAT work. They have serviced all of our vehicles that we had Infiniti SUV, Cadillac XLR, Nissan 350z just to show that they are very experienced. The waiting room is very customer friendly oriented. “We moved to Port St Lucie this year and needed to find a dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced mechanic which is like finding a needle in haystack.
I asked around, read reviews, and finally choose to try Four Points Auto. First we had rear brakes done and they had the SUV in and out the same day. Brandon was super polite, knowledgeable, and gave us a great prices. He explained what they did, why, and made us feel confident in our choice.
About a month later our check engine light was on and we took it back it. We have a device that tells us what the check engines codes mean so we knew what was wrong before we took it back. This time is was a bunch of things and he gave us them listed from the vital the way to needed, but could live for a bit. We choose to do it all because what was the point of doing half and bringing it back a month later? I just appreciate that Brandon understood that not all people can afford it all and gave us all of our options. We had tires, a fuel pump, and a major a/c repair done. His pricing was again very fair and reasonable. It took 3 days to do all the work and everything was amazing when we got her back! I am just so excited to have a great mechanic and awesome auto shop!”

“We contacted Four Points for an estimate on our 2012 BMW that needed rear shocks and a sensor for one of the front tires. We also contacted Jupiter BMW and Ft Pierce BMW. Jupiter “estimate” was $1469.00, Ft Pierce “estimate” was $1250.00 (although they said they couldn't estimate the sensor cost until we brought car in). We also brought to an “independent” in Port St Lucie who estimated $1050. We called Four Points and estimate on the phone was around $750.00. We brought the car to them thinking it might be a bit higher because it was an estimate over the phone. Work was done and cost of shocks and the sensor was $748.00. Customer service was top of the line, car done on time. I would highly recommend this small business for all your repair needs”

“On August 2017 my Toyota was making a weird noise which was driving me crazy. I went to see my current mechanic at the time, told me without any checks nor tests this noise was cause by the A/C bearing. My A/C was running perfectly fine. Frustrated with his answer looked for another avenue on this issue; Angie's List. It was very noticeable Four Points has long lasting happy customers. Called and met with Brandon to check this noise. Brandon was very pleasant, polite, very respectful, good people skills, knows his job extremely well. After telling him my car's issue, he recommended to check and evaluate what was the cause of the noise before he started replacing parts for no reason. Short time later the cause was the Harmonic Damper, not A/C as I was told. Brandon explained in a very easy to understand way the how and cost to take care of it. He took it to the next level which blew my mind. Brandon recognized how much my Toyota means to me, suggested to leave it at the shop while waiting for the part, then my car will stay inside the shop while being fixed. WOW, my wife and I were extremely pleased with his gesture. Brandon is awesome. He continues to show me the same qualities as day one which define the best in us. We trust him with our valuable toys including Paul, Mike, Andrew, etc. Four Points is a 5 Stars shop in our opinion. We will recommend Brandon and Four Points to all our friends. “I chose this location because it has high ratings, and after coming, and writing this while my vehicle is getting worked on I agree with all the high ratings. When you first come inside you are greeted quickly. I have an appointment so a very quick visual and driven inspection (brake repair) was performed on my vehicle. I was given a total price with labor charge estimates. People the PRICE IS RIGHT! I was also told about suspension issue and pricing. I knew suspension was an issue also, but with the prices that I was told I will have also have the work performed. I recommend getting appointment for work needed, they can get alot of work quickly. But if it's an emergency they are willing to work with you. They have a Keurig in the waiting room, a freaking KEURIG!!!! If you enjoy coffee this place won't have cold pots of it. I will update more when work is complete.
After vehicle put up on lift, the root of the problem has been found and shown to me. It's more than brakes and again to be shown the problem rather than just told the problem, makes me happy have chosen this location.
Just received the price for repairs and again I am extremely happy with all the work that they're doing I'm looking at Savin 50% on my original idea cost. The work will take about 7 hours to complete and I will give one last update.

DO NOT leave your trusted VW with them. Andrew knows VW's , he is trustworthy, on the average his prices will be about 65% of what a dealer will charge. Dealers arent evil, they just have to charge big prices for a variety of reasons. Regarding VW's , I trust Andrew and Four Points.”
“Driving late on Sunday night (two nights ago) home from South Florida to Central Florida, my ’06 BMW 330i failed to start after a quick break off the highway. Decided to overnight it at a local hotel after a jump from another motorist failed to offer relief and after texting a friend that lives in Port St. Lucie for a recommendation which put me onto a flatbed in the morning to Four Points Auto Repair; sick to think that I am far from home and at the absolute mercy of this shop and did not want a repeat of the events experienced several months earlier after a roadside water pump failure that stranded me, and then towed to the local BMW dealership where I got hosed (pun intended).
I was especially surprised and satisfied with my experience at this local business.
I can confirm that I have never had a more pleasant and forthcoming repair shop interaction. Hopeful that my battery was the offender - knew that it was time for a new one – replaced that and still no love. Mike had earlier diagnosed and later replaced the starter – opening with the least expensive option (battery). I added a synthetic oil change AND Mike reset all the codes that my regular mechanic had never completed. The price was very fair for the amount of labor/parts and my confidence in the work was high from the owner Andrew’s and Mike's updates as the day progressed.
I dropped in basically unannounced and they went out of their way to assist me. Even after paying the bill - Andrew inspected and took the car for a turn recognizing that a new code had popped that was in error and reinitiated the code reset. “First of all, I was there this SATURDAY EVENING, at 7:00PM, way after the shop had closed. Keith had opened the shop because my vehicle wasn't running good, and he brought my car in so I could go see my father for his birthday the next day, AFTER HOURS, to help his customer. This other person had his car towed up, and I remember Keith telling the guy that he couldnt even start working on it until he fixed what the other guys had messed up, because parts were off the car & broken! Keith was EXTREMELY professional with this guy, and even sent his girlfriend to get parts for this guys car. He was extremely rude, and kept giving Keith a SOB STORY about how he had no money from the first attempt to get this car fixed. He dropped the price almost $200 for him because he felt so bad, and Keith even paid for his tow bill out of his own pocket.
This is why mechanics don't help people out anymore, is because people like this.
Keith & Andrew run an extremely professional shop, and I am a loyal customer of theirs, and will continue to be. They have gone over and beyond for My family, my friends, and myself on multiple occasions! They have jumped my battery to get to the shop on the side of I-95 before, so I wouldn't have to pay for a tow
Keith even gave this guy drinks, and offered him some food because he knew he had to sleep in his car overnight.
This guy had no respect, and is extremely ungrateful for the service that Four Points Auto Repair gave him, because he bought a LEMON, and is trying to point the finger at somebody else.
But lastly, Four Points is the best place & most honest set of guys I have ever met, and it is extremely upseting that this person is bad-mouthing a set of great guys, when they went OVER AND BEYOND for this guy, and myself.
I remember Keith even saying his brother was leaving for Korea the next day for a year, and was helping us instead of spending time with his brother.

“We moved to Port St Lucie this year and needed to find a dependable, knowledgeable, and reasonably priced mechanic which is like finding a needle in haystack.
I asked around, read reviews, and finally choose to try Four Points Auto. First we had rear brakes done and they had the SUV in and out the same day. Brandon was super polite, knowledgeable, and gave us a great prices. He explained what they did, why, and made us feel confident in our choice.
About a month later our check engine light was on and we took it back it. We have a device that tells us what the check engines codes mean so we knew what was wrong before we took it back. This time is was a bunch of things and he gave us them listed from the vital the way to needed, but could live for a bit. We choose to do it all because what was the point of doing half and bringing it back a month later? I just appreciate that Brandon understood that not all people can afford it all and gave us all of our options. We had tires, a fuel pump, and a major a/c repair done. His pricing was again very fair and reasonable. It took 3 days to do all the work and everything was amazing when we got her back! I am just so excited to have a great mechanic and awesome auto shop!”

Then I got lucky again by having Andrew inspect the damage and fix the loose engine cover to the front bumper as soon as I pulled up to the shop. He charged me so little I gave him a 300% tip. “I came here based on the other reviews. Everything they said was true. I came to Andrew thinking I needed my clutch replaced. I walked into his office and in less than five minutes he had my keys and was driving my car around. Came back told me he didn't see a problem with it. “Four Points was a great local mechanic to find. I just moved to the area from Miami and I am always very skeptical about mechanics. I usually find a good mechanic and stick to them. Because I was in a new area I was looking for a trustworthy mechanic. I first took my 2008 Impala into their shop for an oil change. I wanted to see how they did business and also how they treated their customers.
They were extremely professional. I hate when I take my car into a mechanic to work on one problem (for example a tire change) and they are popping your hood and looking at things you never asked them to without your permission. These guys did none of that! They were extremely professional and got right to business. They had me out of there in under 20minutes without "poking their noses" into things I didn't ask them to.
I also observed their courtesy and professionalism towards other customers while I was there and I was impressed. Because of this I decided to take my car to them when I noticed it was dripping some pink fluid.
They diagnosed my issue in less than 5 minutes. I was leaking transmission fluid. They could have easily taken advantage of such a major fluid leak but they did not. The mechanic took me under my vehicle that was on the lift and pointed out my exact issue. He informed me that it was a cheap fix and ordered the parts immediately and had me out of there in a little over an hour.
I will recommend them to any new friends I meet in Port St. Lucie. These guys have earned a loyal customer.
